What Delivery Methods Are Available?

ANZCO offers 2 business day delivery within most of the Melbourne Metro (Up to 40km from the store location). Depending on your distance from the store, you can qualify for free delivery with a $100 spend and under 20km from the store. For those within 40km from the store, you can qualify for free delivery with a $200 spend or more. If you do not qualify for free delivery, and you live within our Melbourne Metro delivery area, you can opt for delivery of the goods for a flat rate of $40. Alternatively, you may simply visit our Laverton North store and pickup the goods in-person.

How Do I Track My Order?

Simply log-in to your account and you can see the status of your order. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2 business days from being placed.

What Is Your Return Policy?

We are happy to provide a full refund on any item ordered from us within 30 days of purchase as long as it is returned to us in its original condition. For special order items there maybe a handling fee charged. Any faulty items will be replaced under standard Australian Consumer Law.
